The cabin was okay, almost as good as expected. Understandable if the reception is closed on Xmas eve. Main problem was that the instruction papers did not point out where the cabin was and how to drive there. Information was generic , what code to open the gate into the camping area , so after driving around for a while in the dark we resorted to carrying all bags from a locked wooden gate to the cabin. And only later when finding a neighbour with a parked car we realised that actually we should not have driven around the camping at all but insisted rounded the reception into the area of the cabins. Could easily have been avoided with specific instructions and some arrows and crosses on the provided map. Like most campsites do. Other than that, I’m sure it’s a great and beautiful campsite but did not see much of it as we arrived in the dark and left early

Onöjd med service och mögel i duschen

Vi hyrde en Orsastuga och enligt informationen skulle det via SMS komma med en kod till en keyboard om vi anlĂ€nde sent. Det kom inget SMS och vi ringde dĂ„ det angivna numret. Securitas svarade ef 10 min vĂ€ntetid och vi fick koden. VĂ€l framme vid stugan sĂ„ fanns ingen nyckel i det kuvert med information som lĂ„g i keyboxen. Åkte tillbaka till receptionen igen och kĂ€nde pĂ„ de andra kuverten och i dom fanns det nycklar. Ringde Securitas igen och hon var trevlig. Under tiden jag pratade med henne kommer det ut en person frĂ„n receptionen och jag frĂ„gande om han jobbade pĂ„ campingen. Ja, det gjorde han. BerĂ€ttar situationen och han gĂ„r in igen. Vi stĂ„r kvar i dörren men inget sker efter flera minuters vĂ€ntetid gĂ„r jag in och dĂ€r stĂ„r 3 personer och pratar med varandra. NĂ€r vi kommer in ser de undrande pĂ„ oss. Jag frĂ„gar om nyckeln fanns kvar dĂ€r hos dom och han hade redan glömt min frĂ„ga om nyckeln. Den var kvar dĂ€r sĂ„ de hade glömt lĂ€gga i den och det Ă€r mĂ€nskligt. Men, den nonchalans vi vart bemötta med var dĂ„lig service. Ingen ursĂ€kt och trĂ„kigt, oengagerat beteende gör inte att jag vet om jag kommer att boka hĂ€r igen. Stugan var ok men vĂ€ldigt sliten. I duschen fanns det synligt och luktade det mögel.

Ikke 5 stjerners standard.

Til Ä vÊre en 5 stjerners camping var hyttene utrolig skuffende! Det luktet gammelt og fuktig. Fristet lite Ä lage mat pÄ kjÞkkenet, gammelt og slitt og litt halvveis. Badet var ogsÄ veldig gammelt og slitt og luktet fukt..hadde virkelig trengt en oppgradering for Ä holde standard som 5 stjernes. Vi spiste middag i bistroen en ettermiddag og mÄtte vente 1 time pÄ maten noe vi mener ikke er holdbart nÄr det kun er gjester pÄ 1 fjerdedel av bordene. Maten var forÞvrig god. Masse fine aktiviteter pÄ campingen for bÄde barn og voksne. Veldig gÞy minigolf ute, men dette anlegget var sÄ slitt og halvveis at det nesten sÄ litt nedlagt ut! Badeanlegget var veldig fint, men tilhÞrende sanitÊranlegg var heller trist. Yessiland har veldig fint og fresht.

SÀngarna i en liten stuga Àr korta, jag Àr 172cm och hade fötterna över Ànd-brÀdan, inte bekvÀmt. Enklare utrustning som vattenkokare hade varit trevligt att ha utan att behöva gÄ till servicehuset dÀr det var kö till den enda vattenkokaren som fanns.

Mysig stuga med lugnt lÀge. Vi hade det jÀttebra. Det enda som skulle kunna bli bÀttre Àr att hallen behöver vÀrme dÄ det Àr -15 grader ute. Det var kallt att gÄ pÄ toaletten dÄ man var tvungen att gÄ igenom den ouppvÀrmda hallen. Ett större diskstÀll skulle ocksÄ vara bra. Annars allt bra, vi Äterkommer gÀrna!
