Loveliest place and hosts!

The most amazing hosts!! What a warm welcome and stay at this lovely hotel in beautiful Dalarna ❤️ The service was outstanding. Great breakfast, dinner and social areas. A huge plus for gluten free options! Highly recommend this place. I’ll be back!

Vi bodde två nätter på Kungshaga Hotell i Orsa och det var helt fantastiskt från incheckning till sista tuggan av älgpizzan. Rummet var charmigt, tyst och hade allt man behöver för en avkopplande vistelse – med sköna sängar och fin utsikt över naturen. Men det som verkligen lyfte upplevelsen till en kulinarisk höjdpunkt var maten. Vi pratar inte bara om hotellmat – vi pratar älgkött på pizza, serverad med picklad rödlök, lingon, fröer, örtsås och ruccola. Det var som att hela Dalarna dansade på smaklökarna. Jag hade kunnat skriva poesi om den där pizzan. Personalen var supervänlig, hjälpsam och bjöd på en välkomnande atmosfär som gjorde att man kände sig som hemma direkt. Frukosten var också riktigt bra – genomtänkt, fräsch och med det lilla extra. Kungshaga är ett hotell som lyckas kombinera lokal charm med riktig kvalitet. Hit kommer vi garanterat tillbaka – för älgen, för lugnet och för den där känslan av att ha hittat ett guldkorn i Orsa.
