Room was clean, but had shower over bath with curtain, rather than walk in style. I would’ve preferred a kettle to boil water for tea rather than use coffee pod machine in room. Staff friendly and helpful, but not all able to speak fluent English - understandable as Quebec is French speaking - but ...

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
Room interior is old and tired looking but it is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our room was a suite. Full kitchen was great. Only thing we needed was a spatula. Great location to restaurants, museums, and Byward Market. All walkable. We will stay here again for our next visit to Ottawa
