"The location was perfect: a five minute walk from the train station, and an easy stroll down a car-free street to the central square. The reception area was charming, and the check-in staff, efficient. The stairs are steep, but we were forewarned and do not carry a lot of luggage, so it was manageable. "Great overnight stay. The hotel is conveniently situated at the entrance to the city so easy to park and then a 10 minute walk into the centre along the river. Good sized room (we had a family room) which was comfortable. We didn't have breakfast but it did look nice so we definitely do that next time. Lovely outside pool area and a really friendly welcome. We love Orleans so this is a great stopover for us"

"A reasonable hotel for a good price. Fine for one night stay while driving to Southern France. The pillow was very small and lumpy, and I was woken a number of times in the night; first at 1am by the person in the room above banging around, and again at 3am by someone in the corridor outside my room talking on the telephone. Staff are very friendly and it's close to some reasonable restaurants. I would stay here again for one night when travelling in France."
