Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
We were told by the front desk that the Hotel would honor the tax exemption for being a Florida state employee. Our bill would be less than 600.00 for the total stay. When we checked out, the bill was $700.00. If we had known about this before hand, we would have gone somewhere else that was more reasonable. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I will let others know about the dishonesty and not being transparent about the bill regarding third party booking. Plus, the restaurant within the hotel, food is not worth the piece and service is very slow which has been a complaint from all of the guests. Businesses are using the excuse to gouge the consumer by using the phase”inflation”! Corvid was about teaching us to be humble by not letting greed affect your decisions. The next virus is going to shutdown many more businesses including big hotels just like Wyndham.

It was a nice stay. We went to celebrate our son's 6th birthday and to enjoy the 3-day weekend. Since I booked through Expedia, I was a little disappointed that I was unable to use my tax exempt form as a state employee. Other than that we had a nice time, the kids loved the pool options and the arcade. We will definitely consider visiting again.
It was within walking distance to a conference in a neighboring hotel. Amenities were on par or better than convention hotel. Would stay again if on area.
I like that the property is very conveniently located - as are others in the Bonnet Creek area. However, unlike the others, my room had an ugly view of the roof, air conditioners, etc. I also was not a fan of all the fees. It honestly didn’t stand out in any way, again unlike what I am used to. Hopefully, I can upload a photo.
Just wasn’t quite worth the price. I expect to get high quality service when paying a hefty price and I just didn’t feel the service or the facility in itself was worth the price, as well as the cost of everything at the hotel and around it being so expensive I would surely choose better next time.
The property was very clean and well kept. I liked that it was very conveniently located to the parks so taking an uber was very inexpensive. Although they offer shuttles to and from the parks, the times are limited. The food is pricey in the hotel but everywhere you go near Disney, it is very pricey. I took advantage of using the spa and that was wonderful. Prices are typical. I would definately go back to this resort.
I Enjoyed My Stay, But I Must Admit That The Pricing Was Just Way Too Much. 1 Margarita $25….Chicken Ceasar And A Water $36… 2 Scoops Of Icecream $7….Valet Parking $40 Per Day. $200 Incidental Hold.
I Had An Awesome Massage. I Couldn’t Get In the Jacuzzi Though Because There Was A Dead Raccoon In The Area And The Jacuzzi Area Was Filthy.
Hotel was nice and modern. Rooms are well insulated so you don’t hear anyone else in their room and they don’t get humid/moist. I didn’t like that the beds do not have blankets. Just sheets. When I called and asked for blankets like the ones on the bunk beds, we never got them.
Clean room, easy to get around, great shuttle service to Disney. The sushi place had some of the best sushi rolls I've ever eaten! Very happy with our stay.

I like the idea of the hotels around the pond. Flowers pretty. Hotel ok. Breakfast ok. 3 bars ok. Transportation to and from amusement parks, had good drivers but limitations which impacted park visits. Food selection was slim to none. The room was ok. Very noisy by staff working in areas and visitors.
Easy check-in and out. Nice room. Nice restaurant. My only complaint is that the on-site park ticket concierge has limited options. We were told there was NO option to buy a 1 day FL resident Disney park ticket (only a 4 day pass), and that's not true. You can buy one-day passes from Disney and we would have saved $31/ticket for the one-day tickets.
A nice large resort type property with acceptable food service that you would expect to be better. Good pools. Good access to Disney. Felt under staffed at times, especially in bar eating area.
