"This is a super big resort with tons of amenities, dining options, a spa if you want to relax, and even a waterpark for the kids. We enjoyed every second and tried to extend our stay, but they were booked. When we got there it was super late and they had given the room i chose to someone else. I was a little upset because i had planned for a different room and was looking forward to some amenities it had. They ended up giving me an upgraded room, but it didnt have what i wanted,so that was a little bit of a let down. Especially, since this was a special mini vaycay for us without the kids. All in all it was a beautiful resort,the check-in staff was very nice, but some of the maids werent too friendly. We cherished the time we had together and plan on coming back within the next month."

"The check in took long time had three waiting to check in and was having problems verifying a persons reservation. Had two check in computers but only used one even though another staff was sitting in an office in the back. We requested a room with two beds but found out they were all on second floor had no elevator and since we were handicapped would not work. They moved us downstairs to a one bed. Found out they have no cable tv only can steam from your own device. Asked to cancel the next day as they did not meet our needs they said ok. Upon check out they said they were not going to cancel the next day we had to pay. Whatever just wish they wouldn’t have lied to began with. The place was updated and rooms were ok. It’s close to universal. Based on our treatment will not stay again and not recommend it. "

"Checked in early at 1pm expecting to have some great experience. The keys given were not working. And the logistical nightmare to send the security to my room to allow me into the room took forever. Finally after I went into the room, I saw the bathroom floor towels were missing. I was told to wait in the room for someone to come with the towels. I waited and they took forever to arrive. When I gave up and came out of the room and started walking out, the guy with the towels met me at the stairs. I explained to him that I am going out and I don't have the keys to my room I just walked out of he told me he didn't have the keys either and causing me to walk back to my door again and wait for security again to open the door and the security again never showed up. At which point he was handing out the towels to me saying he can't wait. I also said that I am not going to hold the towels like a fool for the security to show up and he left with the towels. And then when I went downstairs towards the pool, the security met me downstairs at the elevator saying they are coming to my room. Went to the checkin, stood in the long line and got the new keys. It was already 4:00 PM by now. At which point I walked to the pool towards the pool but they closed the pool because of the rain. Meanwhile, I was telling every front desk, maintenance person I met to send towels to my room. I went into the room and no towels arrived. Kept calling from my room from 4:00 to 6:00 PM while the children wer"

"Not the worst spice I’ve stayed, but I was not impressed. All the pillows smelled sour, I had hair in my bath tub that wasn’t mine, the sink opening or the water will go if the sink tries to overflow was covered in mildew and mold and I had ants crawling in my sink because the sink sealing was loose and missing. "

"The gym was small but adequate. The resort was great over-all. The only complaint i have is that there wasn't any hooks in the room to hang towels or anything. No where to hanf clothes. "
