Red Lion is the place to be when visiting Orlando , the staff is very friendly, they have no problem accommodating any concerns or problems that you have. It’s very peaceful. Everything to Disney to restaurants to shopping is literally about 20 minutes away or less. I was certainly come back here again every time I go to Disney World or if I just need to escape from the world, thank you red lion you owe me nothing : )

Red Lion was a great place to stay. The hotel was very clean and we felt very safe. The lazy river is why we chose this hotel and it did not disappoint!! We had a great time and a great stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our disney trip. It was a relaxed place close to stores and restaurants. It was close to the parks so it is very convenient. The staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a busy weekend due to the cheerleading competition but it was still quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool area very much. Would stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. It’s close to everything. The staff was so understanding. He was super nice and helpful. I accidentally booked for 1 night instead of 2. He fully understood and helped us out to get the last night.

This was not out first choice we ended up here because La Quinta was filthy and dirty and I am so glad I did I love red lion staff was amazing room was clean bed linen fresh clean

The food sucks here. Every time we go. Never agon. Don’t waste your time. It’s plastic tasting. And pool never had towels. Other than that great. I only go for pool though.

The breakfast that they sold could be upgraded also, the eggs could be actually hot and the oatmeal could’ve been less watery. Also, the dinner could be upgraded the fish tacos that I had was breaded fish, in a flour tortilla no flavor at all

Found bugs crawling around in the first room we got on 05/09/24. The second room they gave us after the bug incident didn’t have bugs but had condition incidents. The bathroom door didn’t shut and rust colored something all over the shower curtain and hair on door and door frame. This is not the hotel I came to 6 months ago. What happened?

It was mine and my 9 year old son’s first stay here and we most likely will come back again some time. The room was big and clean. The shower has great pressure and stayed hot forever. The hours for the bigger pool with jacuzzi were awesome; 6AM til 11PM. That jacuzzi was super useful after walking around Universal Studios for many hours! We did purchase the breakfast buffet one morning and it was good, a lot of choices and not too pricey. The Oasis had some really good food as well. Every staff member we encountered was very kind. The lifeguards at the lazy river slide could tell my son was special needs and let him have some extra time with the slide for himself since at first a lot of kids were rushing past him and not letting him get a turn. We really appreciate that. Thank you!

Nice and clean. Only complaint was when checking out they had 2 reps on the floor but only one was helping customers. I just wanted my receipt but had to wait 10-15 minutes for rep 1 to be done with her customer first before helping me while rep 2 was just on the computer and walking back and forth.

We asked for more towels, front desk said they will bring them to our room, we came home at night and no additional towels were there. Breakfast buffet was 14.99, expensive for a small buffet. The hotel looks old and run down but it’s clean in the room, in the common areas. Shuttle service was confusing. I called prior to checking in, asking how shuttle service to Disney works and was told to just check in and it will become self explanatory. Agent was rude and unhelpful. Shuttle service was unhelpful, the pickup time was 8:40pm, prior to the Happily Ever After fireworks show which is an important experience to have at Disney.

First and foremost it was spacious! We got the 2 double beds and it was the hotel with the most space we’ve had in a while when traveling with two kids. The hotel has a lazy river and a pool which was nice it wasn’t a grand thing but did it for my kids. The breakfast was only given for 2 even though we had 4 people so we decided to eat out than to pay 11.99 per child. Overall it was an okay hotel. The resort fees have to be paid at the hotel (Expedia won’t charge you for that). Would probably stay again but wouldn’t do the breakfast there since I would have to pay for my kids.
