The hotel room was full of bugs. Crawling with them everywhere, especially in the bathroom. And our room key stopped working by 8:30am the morning of checkout even though we didn’t have to be out until 11. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to have it fixed.

Rooms were smelly and dirty. People were outside yelling until 3am. There was tins ofbhair in our beds and on our towels. Outlets didnt function properly. Breakfast was horrible.

We were mostly ignored during check-in. The carpets are sticky and it took quite some time to get the TV to turn on. We were provided coffee pods but there was no coffee maker. Breakfast ran out of waffles/pastries, butter and milk. Our second night, the TV wouldn't come on at all so we tried to call the front office but the phone didn't work. Had to walk around from the back and they did send someone out. He got it to come on but couldn't change the channel. He said he would bring a new TV but never came back. We got lucky the channel was stuck on an okay movie for the night. Would not recommend.

Hotel is super not supportive. Had book this hotel under mistake under a non refundable rate, and reached out for hotel for help, but waiting for days to get replied, and only getting formative and robotic reply. Also Expedia search function are really badly designed , really need improvement

The pictures of the property looked nice on the website, however it’s a completely different place when you’re there. All of the garbage’s outside were full. One thing they don’t mention on their listing here is that they don’t provide regular maid service like regular hotels do, you have to REQUEST it and only after the 3rd day. Needless to say I never got the memo until the second to last day of our stay. Our room was another mess, the AC kept shorting out over night so we’d wake up with the heat in the room. The “continental” breakfast is limited to scrambled eggs and sausage. Please read the reviews before booking, the price is not worth it.

Please do not book a stay. The pictures look nice, but when you get there, the rooms smell moldy, patcges on the walls, the shower curtain rod was hanging off. One pull and it was done. My room would open without the keycard. I informed front desk before 8 in the morning, came back at 9 at night to find nothing was done. They sent maintenance and it literally didn't even take 5 minutes to fix. Not a lot of options for breakfast, honestly, just seeing the condition of the room made me not want to try the food. Jacuzzi was filthy!!! I'm talking about brown water for 3 days when they finally put caution tape around it. I will not stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

This property was completely nasty there was mold in the room and bathroom. Ceiling had wet stains and seemed to have to be about to fall in. Pictures of the room were not correct the room was very dusty and smelled of a loud odor. The odor was so loud that I’m having to leave because my children and I both have asthma and the dust and odor were triggering both our asthma and allergies so I’m forced now to go and purchase a new hotel after I have spent my money here

Beware. Do not stay here. Roaches everywhere and I even saw a roach crawling around the breakfast food. Just gross. I had my two kids with me and the room was so stinky I think it was mold. This place should be shut down. Shame on Expedia for allowing this hotel to get bookings through their platform. I thought i could trust the company but after being sent to a roach motel, I decided otherwise. Make sure you check the reviews before booking. I didn’t check until after and this is not anything new for this hotel. More people have had negative experiences here than positive. I chose the hotel because of the location near the attractions but Never ever again.

Run down. Room smelled like the sewer. Water patch on ceiling . Toilet overflow, tub water would not drain. Overall old. Semi clean. Room 129 should not be given to Expedia guest. Their should be allocated room that meet Expedia site standards. We should have switch rooms, since we did not stay in the room a lot, we stay. Recommended to other to choice another hotel. Pay the extra. Now I’m sceptical about booking other trips through Expedia

The room had no heat when they gave us our key the first time they gave us the wrong room there was a guy in the room playing with himself and my daughter's almost seen it then they changed the room to next door and the room was not clean I wouldn't say it would be nasty but it wasn't clean then you had drunks outside your door fighting from 12:00 to 1:00 in the morning the breakfast I could do better at my house and have better breakfast it was cold and eggs wasn't good the meat or sauce or so called sausage was like eating a rubber stopper told the guy at the desk about my experience he he act like he didn't care about it so my best advice if you have a family I would not go to this motel this this was the worst experience I have ever had with a motel that close to the theme parks.

They clean my room once we stay 7 days we were five of us two rolls of toilet paper 3 towels when I ask for more they said they didn’t have it. Key room had to activate every day cuz didn’t open door. I asked for a blanket that never arrived. They were a girl very nice at the counter. She check us in when we get there. I never complaint but this the first time I had to worried for everything to keep my family comfortable and I think that’s one of the things that we look when we go in vacation enjoy and not to to the counter every single day to ask them for every single thing they supposed to fill because you paid for it they not give to you for free.

After reading the reviews I went in with an open mind. I was mistaken this place needs to be bulldozed and re-built. The staff are rude and arrogant, the place seems to have had a commercial air fresher sprayed around the place that is over powering or you get a constant smell of damp. The showers are awful and hardly work at all, the lift makes you feel like it is going to break down if you try and use it. Numerous times the sherif had to come out due to customers undertaking illegal activities which then gets me onto the constant smell of pot that you can’t stop from coming into the room through the AC. The breakfast is worse than you would get in prison and breakfast time feels like you are in a prison. There are ants everywhere; the staff did not want to know when mentioning it by saying it’s Florida; what do you expect and made it feel like it is out fault. The paint work is showing its sign of age. They have a tiki bar that plays music to early hours of the morning which constantly kept waking me up while sleeping. Me and my partner got bitten by bed bugs which they said there could not have been. The carpet was filthy. If you want to have the room serviced they won’t do it until the 4th day and you have to tell them the previous day before 4pm and they will only try once so you have to have vacated your room. There were prostitution in the parking lot with girls offering services if you want it. They also want to charge for everything; DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a little leery of staying here because of a few of the other reviews, but I am very glad I did! It is hands down the closest motel to Dr. Phillips Hospital, so there was no morning rush hour traffic to fight. The motel was very clean, and in great condition for an older motel. It was remodeled, the rooms spacious and nice, and there was a tiki bar by the pool! They even had a hot tub whirlpool. I would highly recommend not only for anyone going to Dr. Phillips hospital, but for a nice resort get away as well

The property is in very poor condition. Our room smelled extremely musty moldy. Much of the room furniture was glued back together. Rusty metal sticking out of the shower wall. Windows that dont lock. Deadbolt was almost impossible to unlock, locked inside! Furniture that has been there since the dawn of time, except the beds were shockingly comfortable. The pool area was very nice and the area is good. Overpriced for what we got.

Dirty, rusty, moldy, wear out are some of the features of this 1/4 Star Motel with pool and bar has. For the little bit of interaction I had with the staff I can say they are very friendly and nice but this property needs to be demolished and build again. The stink of humidity, the bathroom vent clogged with dust, the noisy wood floor with the 1962 carpet made it less than pleasant. I’m not a picky man as I camp a lot in the woods and there was not a way I will walk on that carpet without shoes.The typical everything from frozen breakfast was ok but my second breakfast there were NO Coffee for the entire 35 minutes I was there, just a very nicely made sign “apologizing for the inconvenience” which tells you that is very normal for them to don’t have coffee ready for breakfast, is that hard? go figure. There is A LOT of better options for hotels around. The only nice area that looked at least 2020 was the pool area (of course the pictures that gets you attention when booking) but is not heated so if your are coming down on winter time be aware that the hot tub is your option. I’m cool with properties to be old but it drives me nuts when they don’t even clean and maintain them. Just a little bit of pain, some varnish in the doors and at least the vent a little bit clean doesn’t take much effort.
