Nice place
Great location if you are interested in going to Disney! It did not take long to get to the park at all. The house is nice, but there were some issues with getting access to the rental when we first checked in. Only one bath tub in the whole house so something to think about if you are traveling with someone who can only take baths.

Beautiful vacation home!
The home was spacious and very clean. Only down fall was the door code did not work when we 1st arrived. However customer service assisted in a timely manner. I posted pics of our vacation and have received so many inbox messages asking about the vacation home!!

Overall stay was great. Upgraded us to larger condo, awesome. Only complaint was because the location was so new it was not on Google maps. Took 3 phone calls to figure out where to find where we were staying. Not pleasant after a long drive with a car load of kids. Condo was beautiful though.

Can't get in
At the time of check, code did not work to get into unit. VHC was called but no answer. Went to resort desk and they could not contact VHC by alternate number. Had to find another facility Would not recommend!!!!!!!

experience was amazing, the resort its one of the most best on the city. house was so clean, pretty, and have a lot of amenities.

Comfortable family stay
The house very comfortable and spacious . A few things made our stay comfortable : 1. Great location . near Wal-Mart and restaurants . close enough to get too but not too close that they is so much congested traffic 2. Washer and dryer in house was great 3. Nest system to control temperature 4. Decorated beautifully and functional 5. Basic utensils , pizza pan and cutter ..very useful 6. Parking was right outside the door We found issues with : 1. Master bathroom shower curtain had pink mold 2. Wi-Fi was not working for 4 days . we spoke with management company and they werent able to help much 3. Floors could have used a good mopping

Ok but not great
We had 2 kids with us that were looking forward to having our own pool. After paying 270.00 to heat the pool (45.00 a day). The pool was freezing. So much that we couldn't even use it which was a HUGE disappointment. I emailed them multiple times and they said that they sent someone over to look at it but it never got warm. They did refund the 270.00 but having our own private pool was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. So this was a big disappointment. The condo was pretty good other than that. We were close to Disney and they have a public pool on the property which is really nice not it is only open dusk to dawn. They have a small convenience store that meets some necessities. Over all our stay was just ok

We had a wonderful family vacation at this resort the townhouse was spacious and it was great to have you own private pool!!
