"Very clean, helpful staff, however food was lacking, several mornings the chai seed coconut pudding was not replenished in a timely manner, also the hotel advertised Honolulu Hawaiian hot dogs but when I went to order I was told they are discontinued, I was given an overpriced theme park hot dog equivalent to a 7-11 big bite. Had the food been better I would have rated excellent instead of good"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room itself was poorly designed and had an uncomfortable, unsettling atmosphere. It is rare that I feel like I am staying in a room that genuinely feels unpleasant, but that was the case here. The bed was also uncomfortable, which made the stay even worse. The most serious issue, however, was a major security concern. After a long day, my spouse and I returned to our room and found that our hotel room door had been left open. A staff member had entered the room to replace toiletries and apparently forgot to close the door afterward. All of our belongings were inside, including our work laptops and other personal items. This was extremely upsetting and made us feel unsafe. When I raised the issue with the manager, I was offered a free night to use in the future. I explained that I would not feel comfortable staying at this hotel again because I no longer trusted that my belongings or room would be secure. The manager then said they would help me pursue a partial refund. However, it has now been four days, and I still have not received any follow-up or update from the company. Overall, the experience was disappointing, uncomfortable, and concerning from a safety standpoint. I would not stay here again and would caution others to carefully consider the security issues before booking."

"Room was great and bar served good drinks. Check in was horrible and had to deflect from a sales pitch. Very thankful that a nice man helped me get into a room after three hours of waiting for a 2 bedroom to open up. "
