No self parking and had no problem to pay this but forcing to use valet Had only valet service for their limited parking and got a ticket for parking when I left it out for a second

The hotel is new and modern. It would be nice to have locks in the bathrooms. Also, the rooms on lower floors facing the street are very loud.

Everyone was nice, the location was good but it sucks when there is a concert because the roads are all mainly blocked to get to certain places.

Overall a great stay. The gym and pool were top notch and so was the room. Breakfast is ok but better at other Hilton HS properties. Parking on the road in front of the hotel is free on Saturdays after 6pm and all day Sundays so we did not have to pay the 30$ a night for valet. We would come back again.

Upon arrival we found that the only option for parking was paying $33/night to the valet. No one helped us unload our bags and we were only able to locate a tiny luggage cart because none of the other carts had been retrieved or returned to the lobby. Upon my request staff initiated buzzers on all the league carts to alert guests to Requena then, but none came. We brought a large amount of luggage and items with us because we have two chronically ill family members. Front desk staff gave no info about the included breakfast only said it was breakfast sandwiches so we didn’t bother because my family has many dietary restrictions. Hotel and rooms were very clean, great job housekeeping staff! Needed to reach the front desk several times over the course of our stay and were met with a busy signal when using the room phone and no one answered when I called from my cell phone. The beds were so hard my back and hips hurt and I couldn’t sleep. The “heated “ pool/spa was a joke- barely bigger than the pool at my house and only 3 feet deep. 72 degrees is not a comfortable temperature to swim. Valet didn’t pull our car back around upon departure, just gave us the keys and gestured to the car. The minimum allowable tip through their app was $5 and then I was also charged a processing fee.

It was a good experience staying here. I felt they had everything we needed to make our trip great. The provisions in the kitchenette was very much appreciated. The breakfast was really good and the complimentary water and snacks bag was a nice touch. One area that was a little disconcerting was that the walls felt very thin because we could hear loud cars overnight and were woken up multiple times by other guests opening and closing their doors. Ofcourse this is something that may not be easily changed but is worth knowing if you’re a light sleeper.

Would not return to this hotel.
The room was a good size and quite modern with a small kitchenette, unfortunately this was the only good bit, the housekeeping was shocking, after 5 days of having no room cleaned or new towels we had to complain, the valet was as bad as housekeeping and charge 35 per night, they ask you to text before so they have the car ready we did this 6 times and came down with no car there and a wait of 15-20 mins each time before they locate your car. The breakfast was very bad it was the same choice daily and was kept in a warmer therefore the food was rubbery and the bread so hard that if you threw it at a window it would break it! A selection of the staff was very nice the others were quite rude. We stay in Hilton hotels a lot and this has been our worst experience. We wouldn’t return to this hotel when we return to Orlando. Overall very disappointed with this hotel.

Rooms were comfortable. The Reception Staff were very friendly. Shampoo and Body Lotion containers were empty. Dishwasher did not work. Breakfast items were not refurbished regularly. At one point there were just two bagels, one donut, waffle batter and cereal available. The dining area was full, not enough food for those present.

They could not find my reservation but once we got to the hotel. Andy was helpful enough to fix it for us and get a room. However checking out was also a nightmare. Room was supposed to be prepaid for but was advised got declined for taxes. But was supposed to be prepaid. This is the only time I’ve had an issue with both checking in and checking out.
