Very nice and helpful staff. Better rates than used to be. Very clean and well placed for any of the Orlando visits like Disney, sea world, MGM etc. close by food and other shopping. We loved the security on the gate and always there to greet you. Parking is exceptional. This used to be noisy years ango but now it’s a really quiet hotel. Overall 10/10!

We stayed for two nights, apartment was clean, spacious, perfect for our family. Property in general was very quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

Thanks! to all the staff Jhoanna, Lucho, Kaleb and Guillermo for being so helpful, respectful and most of all for making a home away frome home to my family. We're definitely coming back soon. It was an amazing stayed to come back home revived and full of energy. The accommodations are just perfect and most of all enjoyable to stay at.

Excellent staff, nice amenities and very good landscape. The rooms are huge, have important kitchenette but aging and need renovation to bring them to modern conditions especially floors and carpets.

Easy and free laundry. Ample space in the apartment. Stayed on the second floor so had to walk stairs with lugguage.

One of the best stays in Kissimmee. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. The property is spacious, clean, and well taken care of. If you're visiting any of Disney's parks, they are just a 10 to 15-minute drive from the property.

A perfect stay in the 2 bedroom condo, everything was spotless throughout, great space throughout the accommodation, ample towels , fresh cleans twice weekly , kitchen well equipped , pools lovely , parking great and perfect location for Disney, the stay was perfect and 5 star excellent.

We had a cheerleading competition at the ESPN - it was easy and quick to get to. We enjoyed having separate spaces from our bedroom to just kick and relax when needed. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub as well when we had time. Also loved how close it was to both Disney and Universal. We will be staying there again on our next time.

I wasn’t sure whether to believe all of the high reviews on this property, but we truly enjoyed our visit at Polynesian Isles, enough to write a review of my own so others can benefit. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the king suite room was large (the second full bathroom was a huge plus), and the kitchen, though we didn’t use it, had everything we might need perfectly clean and organized—we were impressed. We would definitely return here and would be a wonderful place for an extended stay (or a quick one).

We have been staying at the Polynesian on and off for 20 years. It's in a fantastic location just off the 192 close to old town that hosts the Saturday night car cruise that we love. It's safe and quiet. The staff are amazing and very professional. I would particularly like to mention Katelyn on the front desk who went out of her way to make our wedding anniversary even more special by sending a balloon and sweets to our apartment. The Polynesian is the best. I would always recommend it to anyone.

Stayed 7 nights as a couple. Absolutely beautiful property. Close proximity to everything. We booked a 1 bedroom king suite but we're upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Only downside was that the dishwasher didn't work.

We recently stayed at this location from April 3rd to 13th. The property was well-maintained and cleaned. We felt very safe as you have to go through security to enter the resort. We are a family of 5, and it had a lot of activities for our kids. It has two pools and two jacuzzi. What we loved about this property is that it catered for folks with mobility to enter the pool or jacuzzi. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen has all of the utensils needed to make your food. You are 15-20 minutes away from the theme parks. We will stay at this resort again when we visit Orlando. Walmart is 5 minutes down the road if driving, and you are minutes away from all restaurants, gift shops, etc.

Overall the check in experience, customer service and the stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious, it also had all the amenities needed for the stay. Only thing I didn’t like was that it seems that anyone could pull in and walk/park around the rooms. Not sure if there’s security that I didn’t see, but other than that, pretty safe.

This property was great! The pools and hot tubs were well maintained and open until 11 pm. Which was great after a long day of walking. It was a 12-15 min drive to Disney too. It didn’t have a restaurant or bar which was surprising but there was food and bars near by.

Loads of both chairs and tables and loungers at the pools. Very friendly and relaxed. Lots of longer stay visitors. Only con, not many families with younger children when we were there, so might be too quiet for kids looking for others to play with
