Okay place to stay, pretty noisy. Super close to Universal which was amazing! Hotel needed an update. Nothing special about this place. Breakfast was alright. We weren’t in our rooms much so this place was just fine for us for sleeping!

Relatively cheap. Only complaint is that it has a “musty” smell to it. But the staff was exceptionally nice and bright. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed twice, three months apart. I have been travelling to Orlando from a kid, now i'm 31, but never stayed at Hampton Inn until recently. My first trip was Thanksgiving of 2023, and the continental breakfast was far from ordinary, I loved it, especially the omelettes and "around the clock" coffee. Yes, the coffee is bussin! Finally, the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to Earl and (I can't remember her name), but I know she spoke Spanish and was super nice. Loved it, no complaints! Free parking, awesome coffee, and accommodation resort and staff.

The Breakfast area was overcrowded. Seating for 15 with 35-people in line. There was a group of orchestra students given the area to stage in. The trash was overflowing. The food service machines were not working properly. The milk tasted OFF and there were runny eggs with no condiments available, salt, oepper, ketchup or hotsauce packets etc.

Stayed here for 3 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned one single time. Despite me exiting my room and greeting some of the cleaning ladies, knowing I was leaving, and still no room clean. Will not stay here again.

Booked hotel for 5 days! Arrived March 23rd checked in around 4 pm, we left to Disney park right after . When coming back to hotel the room was a bit cold and having two kids one under 2 we decided to turn heat on. Heat was not working it was late. Next morning I called front desk they told me maintenance guy won’t be in till 9am. I told them we would be leaving to Disney parks and will be gone all day. Upon returning to hotel around 10pm, I asked the front desk the status on the heat. She mentions “they need to order a part for the heater”.I asked for a new room , so around 11 pm we had to move all our belongings We asked to speak to a manager in regards to the situation we had. According to Favianna guest service manager they tried contacting us various times during the day but we never answered! Well of course we didn’t answer we are on vacation!With two kids at the parks ! They tried to compensate with half a day credit for next visit with points! Favianna was extremely rude over the phone, didn’t let me speak, very sad because I have used Hampton inns multiple times and never had any issues. My family and I will definitely not be staying here on any future stays

To me, cleanliness is extremely important and this hotel is very clean plus, the beds are very comfortable. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly and explain everything with detail.

Front desk receptionist on the day shift was rude, he was not helpful at all. I arrived there at 12 pm with my boyfriend and have booked a queen bed room, it was not available and he saw us discriminatory offering us a double queen bed room, I asked for a king offering paying the difference and his answer was it sounds like you want to wait giving me my ID right away. He does not want to work anymore and he makes people feel bad. Horrible and embarrasing

Somehow there was a weird smell in our room. We arrived very late at night so we didn’t bother switching. Staff were good and breakfast was not very good but you get what you paid for.
