No lavan la ropa de cama , encontramos una camisa de otro huesped entre las sabanas y la sabana estaba sucia de comida. They don't wash the bed linen, we found another guest's shirt between the sheets and the sheet was dirty with food.

Our recent stay at this property was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, the home was clearly not cleaned—bedding hadn’t been washed, and furniture had white marks caked on it. Hair and debris were found throughout, and we had to wash our sheets before using them. The property also had serious safety hazards. Nails were sticking out from the bunk bed planks, making them unsafe for children. The second bedroom had a mildew smell, and the floor was damp upon arrival. During rain, water leaked through the window, and water came up through the carpet in the master bedroom, soaking half of the room. Several appliances didn’t work, including the master bedroom TV. The coffee pot was broken, but despite informing management 12 hours before the storm, they didn’t replace it. When we raised these concerns, management claimed they weren’t contacted, despite multiple texts each day over three days. We were also told to use our limited towels to clean water from the carpet, which was unreasonable. Signs in the property restricted the thermostat to between 72-74°F in Florida heat, adding to our discomfort. Overall, while the area was nice, the cleanliness, safety, and lack of management responsiveness made our stay frustrating. Despite the issues, they denied our refund request. We won’t stay here again.
