The staff was very accesible and kind! The only thing I would recomend is to have housekeeping daily services and adding breakfast! Everything else was great!!!

You will not be disappointed! The Manager Chuck was awesome! Loved chatting with him and anything we needed he made sure we got it. Everyone was great! We even took a picture with him on our last day!

Our accommodations were clean and in very good condition. There was no noise from neighbors or outside the building. The rate was very reasonable. As a non smoking hotel I expected an area outside for smokers.

Never once asked me if I wanted my room cleaned after I explained to them I want it cleaned everyday. Bathroom was moldy and had the shower head looking like something out of an alien movie. Staff were okay at most

Overall the hotel was ok. It's dated and could use some renovations. While during my stay, the manager got into a heated discussion with the police about a homeless person sleeping on the property. This was pretty late at night and right outside my window. He could use a bit more common courtesy towards his patrons as it was difficult to sleep with him raising his voice unnecessarily. I don't believe I would stay here again, but it was an average hotel if you want more of an affordable option.

Owners were very sweet and friendly. Pool was warm and clean. Parking was easy and abundant. It was quiet and conveniently located a short drive to Disney and close to many stores and restaurants and gas stations. Great water pressure in shower. Only a few outlets. No extra fees upon arrival. Only concern was the owner telling us that our rooms would not be cleaned the duration of our stay unless we asked for them to do so which is how we wanted. However, housekeeping knocked every morning and even went in the room while we were not there.

Great Location There was hair in the beds. Linen appeared to be clean but full of hair. The replacement linen was also full of hair. Very poor situation. Manager then argued that the linens were washed and it would be "clean transfer hair". NO WAY did that make the situation better. Poor attitude on managements part.

While the staff was friendly and pleasant, this hotel is in need of a FULL renovation. Room carpet so dirty you don’t want to walk on it without shoes. Spend the extra money and just stay somewhere else. You will be glad you did.

TOTALLY HONEST REVIEW: I'm not sure how the property has such high stars. The staff was super friendly at check in, but the room was less than stellar. The shower was definitely old, the fixtures look ancient and the treads on the shower floor were all peeling up. (We didn't use the shower for our 2 nights). The light above the bathroom sink didn't work, it was so dim that the nightlight on the hairdryer was brighter. The doors on the armoire and cabinet didn't close and the microwave is a lot smaller than the one in the picture. The flooring needs to be replaced. The tiles were sticky/ grout dirty and the carpet was kinda gross. I'm the corner of the room you could see dust had accumulated over a long period of time, no one has brought a vacuum into that corner. There was no furniture in that spot so I know it's not hidden. The AC was set to 65 but it was still warm in the room. Came home with a stuffed up nose after 2 nights there. The pillows went flat immediately but the bed itself was comfortable. You could hear everything in the hallway because of the gap at the bottom of the door. The only kids channel offered was nickelodeon. It was good enough for my two night quick trip but I won't stay there again

Cheng at the front desk checked us in both this trip and on a previous journey. What a great guy, he remembered me, welcomed me back and helped me secure a room that fit my needs. All staff here have been very good, very helpful. Cheng is pleasant and accommodating and an asset to the hotel.

This was a decent stay for commuting from Kissimmee to Orlando. Rooms are older and could use some updates but overall we were comfortable. Lots of hair on floors in bathroom so housekeeping just may not have been aware of that. Pool was nice. Could use some umbrellas over the tables for shade. Overall we had a good stay for a good price.
