You get way more room than a hotel for the same price. The area is gated and safe. This was my first house rental and was by far the best vacation I’ve had. I would definitely rent here again

The house is nice and I would suggest to put the TV on the wall. We had a hard time and it is outdated. Also, the limited garbage was a problem for us. What’s the point of paying for cleaning fees if you guys expect the house to leave it as we found it

This house was in a good location in a nice neighbourhood. The house was large and spacious. When we arrived, the house was not clean. The pool floor and deck were dirty. We had to hose down the deck, as there was dirt and not just debris on it. We found dirty socks left in the living room. This tells me they only did a quick sweep of the house. The dishes in the cupboard were still wet - some dirty. This is disappointing given we are required to pay a cleaning fee. We cleaned the house when we left so I expect it won't get a thorough cleaning again. The furniture and decor are dated. The sink in the main bath has rust stains. There are lots of towels, pot cloths, dish towels, etc at the house. I hope they see this and switch cleaning companies. We had the pool heating, and it worked well.

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. It felt like a home away from home in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood located within driving distance of local attractions. The house is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the private pool in the back was clean and refreshing. The washer and dryer unit was very convenient so we were able to return home with suitcases full of clean clothes. The property manager was professional and courteous and sufficiently answered my questions prior to the trip. We stayed mid March so pool was a little cool but still refreshing. I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

I like the pool. I didn’t like that I was up late packing the night before we were going to check out and I seen roaches. I then contacted Lisa she stated they have bugs and they will not refund my money because I waited till the last day to let her know. I looked up roaches and come to find out they come out in the dark quite night and could get in ours belongings and travel with us . This was my first time reverting a house like this and I just hope that the next family isn’t treated like they are the ones who did something wrong.

Overall the home was nice. But the decor is very outdated, could you some upgrades. Also the house was extremely dusty, myself and my daughter have allergies we were sneezing and had itchy eyes the entire time. All of the extra linens need to be tossed. Sheets,towels and washcloths are worn, discolored and very dingy looking. We had to go to Walmart to buy our own.

Loved the house! It was more than enough space to accommodate my family of 4. Check in was fast & easy. The private pool was the main attraction for my kids, that was the whole reason I decided to rent a house versus hotel, better not to share pools at this time. I utilized the kitchen fully! We barely ate out the week we were there, I did lots of cooking in this big spacious kitchen. I loved everything about the house, it was very clean & had a pleasant smell.

Treated like garbage!

The house was not clean. There was a moldy smell, linen unclean, and bugs in bedrooms and bathrooms. The rental company manager was very rude. Came in on the day of check out and threw items away in fridge as I was packing my truck. Also did not let me retrieve all of my items from the house and said they were never there. I am still processing dispute. I am not sure if it is because my family if African-American but we were treated with disgust.

Villa was very well located and very clean, however the furnishings around the pool area was insufficient with one sun lounger only provided. Also the table and chairs were old and needed replacing which let the overall appearance and quality of the pool area down.
