Paid for an upgraded room, it was poorly updated. The view was nice, but the paint job was poor, there were dings in all the furniture, and the shower drain was very slow. It’s a decent price for the location, but don’t pay for the upgrade.

The hotel smelled of mildew and sewage. Tried checking out 10 mins after checking in and management would not provide a refund. Didnt have any remorse or understanding that the smells affected my niece asthmatic problems. I would NOT recommended this hotel. Im thankful for Expedia staff who assisted me in placing me in another hotel. I spoke with two different representatives and they were both AMAZING

Easy check in, easy parking. Room needed a little work (paint on door not matching, closet door looked like it was missing one of the sliders), smelled musty, otherwise clean and comfortable bed.

Multiple roaches in room and in bathroom toilet would only flush if you kept you hand down on the handle. Funny thing is I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and they even upgraded the entire hotel. Was disappointed this time and will consider other venues in the future.

I paid for this reservation through Expedia prior to midnight had confirmation number was trying to help a friend who was stranded in Orlando after securing the room. I said an Uber to pick him up and take him to the hotel. He arrives shortly after midnight at which time the hotel refused the booking and stated that the room is no longer available. Nor was there another room available My friend ended up sleeping on the street I had informed the hotel prior to making this booking through Expedia and was told to follow this process Have to be returned

Power was out for over 7 hours our first evening. The sink drained extremely slow. The exhaust fan was noisy and only worked half the time. You had to run the shower water for 5-10 minutes to get it hot or you took a cold shower.

I have bad experience with their service during the whole building power outage. I checked-in around at 6:30pm. at about 7:00pm, power suddenly shots down, the inside of room very dark and muggy. we can't find front deck service. and no any of hotel employee comes to floor to direction how to stay in safety. I stay room up to two hour with no dinner, no drink. I started headache. finally I took stairs to out of the building. I walked down the street several round until saw the building has lights back. the time was about at 11:00 pm. totally the power outage about 4hour during night. funny thing that I sent text message to costumer service number to ask if they have back up generator when the event happened, they answer me at 8:30am next day, they said they do not have back up generator.
