"The property was great. My only frustration was when I went to check in. It took over 20 minutes. And then when I went to check out, someone was speaking to a couple. I was waiting there for over 10 minutes so I did not get to actually talk to them. I just did express checkout and left."

"Not being able to use apps such as YouTube or any other on the television or able to use a dvd I brought to view movies , remotes were basically useless and the shower was a consistent pain to use with two different nozzle’s not wanting to sync together!"

"Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Made you feel welcome. Rooms are good size and beds were comfortable. Pillows need to be replaced they were paper thin. Easy access to the four Disney parks. Breakfast looked good and smelled good. Good value for the price."

"Very clean rooms. Well appointed. Staff friendly. Family friendly. Free shuttle service within the very large property to take us to pools, dining etc. the only thing I would say is that the dining experiences were not great. No servers, food not great"
