Perfect house for a trip with a family.

This place was just what we needed. We stayed here for a cheer comp at Orange County Co bc Denton Center. It was close enough that we weren’t on I4 very long (stuck in traffic). There were plenty of shopping, food and gas places around. My kids loved the fact that the pool was less than a 5minute walk away. The dumpster was right down the road so we could walk our trash there when it was full. Overall, it was great!

We were uncomfortable by cause it was too hot the lowest temperature allowed was 72 . Also the unit has bad acoustic as we were able to hear everything that was happening next door and even next room.

Home from home in Kissimmee

We spent 7 days at this property in Kissimmee. Overall we had a great stay. The property was big and well equipped although some of the advertised features (BBQ and hot tub) were not offered. It was great to have a huge American washer and dryer at our disposal during our stay. Some small niggles - the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and we couldn’t get the safe open. Response from the owners was slow and these didn’t get fixed during our stay. It would be great to have some kind of guide to what is in the immediate location - we found a giant WalMart really close to the property on our last day. The property has access to a huge pool which we used once (it is quite a way from the property so we drove to it). A car is essential as there is nowhere walkable. Easy access to Disney however Universal was a bit of a trek and took around 45 mins each way due to the traffic on I4. All in all a very good stay and I would recommend this property for a holiday in the Orlando area

Un pésimo servicio a la PRI. Era casa le fallo el clima y nos tuvimos que mover de casa pero después de. Pasar una no he y un día en el calor on. El tercer día no pudieron arreglar el clima y no fur Eron para avisar que no se había arreglado pero como hicieron lo mismo el día anterior tuvimos que llamar nosotros para enterarnos qué por tercer día no había quedado el clima. Eso si para el check out muy puntuales y gaste te piden que si puedes lavar las toallas. Aparte de que varios electrodomésticos no funcionaban buen. Todo esto junto con otras cosas nos dejaron inconformes con el servicio y no volveremos a rentar con esta compania

Cobraron por dejar basura en los botes de basura. Cualquier otro hotel saca la basura sin cobrar. Es parte del pago. No se debería de tener que pagar a parte $50 dlls extras.
