Okay but could use some TLC
My family and I have stayed at a plethora of vacation rental homes throughout the Disney area and have had various experiences with the different facilities. This home was middle of the road for us during our trip for a long weekend. While the home is vary spacious and comfortable for many people, the cleanliness of the home was sub-par and the home could use a little updating in the furniture, bedding/mattresses, and other areas. The appliances were all new which was very nice but other things like toilet seats not fitting properly or moving around outshone the positives of the home. Netting around the lanai had tears and holes in it. Mold and mildew along with hard water buildup was found in all the bathrooms. As of January 2020 there was construction going on right behind the home. The game room was very nice and had tons of activities for younger kids to enjoy and the ease of getting to/from Disney was nice as well. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby as well. Overall, the home was livable and has the bare necessities for our trip, location was great, but would not stay again unless Home was updated cleaned more deeply.
Additional side note, owner has a Nest thermostat and is able to control AC and heat from a remote location. Home was set to a certain temperature which for my party was too warm and was unseasonably warm for a Florida winter. Instructions said below that temp would damage the unit but my family who works in HVAC said otherwise.
