Nice place , feel like home table and chairs need a replacement soon and the wall need a fresh paint coat but itā€™s super clean. Kitchen need cutting bord to preserve compter. We could appreciate having a surface cleaner and some linen to clean the kitchen.I Will recommand with no hesitation service itā€™s really nice and information well explain. Pool is well appreciate.

I liked the house itself, plenty of room for my family. However being chared for a cleaning fee, I expect that the house is clean. Floor appears clean, however when my toddlers were crawling on the floor for a very short period on of time their feet were black. The dishes provided were dirty, a pan was greasy, the coffee pot was dirty and still had coffee in it.The shower I utilized had black stuff on the walls. A pair of underwear was found on the floor in a room a child was staying in, pool had green stuff in it. Etc... I was severely disappointed in this aspect of cleanliness. I will unfortunately look for different accommodations on my next visit.

The home was beautiful and well kept. The instructions to enter and other information pertaining to the stay seemed overwhelming at first but it did flow once we arrived. The beds unfortunately were not comfortable. They might have been older but that was a small complaint compared to the overall stay. I would recommend them to anyone and would rent again.

Best location, closed to everything, coffee shops, Walmart, ton of restaurant around. What I donā€™t like: This property does not clean, when i walked into the house the first thing I noticed is the odors, smell pretty bad in every rooms, dirty carpet on stairs and upstairs and walls, because of no refunds, we did not want any troubles , we rushed to Walmart, we bought a mop, Lysol and clean a whole kitchen, toilets and mop the floor, we had to spray to cover the smell The beds: the covers are dirty, the white stuffs on both of the bed, we had to buy new sheets cover to sleep on. The mattress also too soft, we both woke up with lower back pain. Overall Not recommend
