The house was nice and served our family well. Was not the property that was shown on web site didn't see a fun club house and pool area. It seemed to be just a normal neighborhood nothing luxury.

I was there with my extended family and we all had a wonderful time. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was big enough for 8 adults and 5 children. The one little thing i noticed was, in one of the bedrooms with ensuit bathroom, the towelrack was coming off the wall, and we couldn't hang up the towels. It would have been nice if there would have been at least 2 towelracks. Also the lazy river is quite a walk away and not that easy accessible. My daughter walked with her 2 year old over, just to learn that she needed the parking pass going through that separate gate. She had to head back the mile it took her to get there. The rest of us never attempted to go there, because it is just not that walkable.

The stay was great and the property was amazing. There were only 2 things that would have made the stay better… 1. The a/c downstairs did not cool the downstairs area and 2. the pool heater was not on and the water was super cold.

Check in a nightmare, they need to really improve this process took 2 hours to get into the property. The company has no customer service skills and couldn’t resolve a single issue. The house was also very hot since the AC doesn’t go below 75. I would never return back to this property.

This property has no value for human life. My family and I just made it thru Hurricane Francine September 11. Hurricane Helene hit Florida and I explained to them that I didn’t want to put my family in danger or harms way. They didn’t even give me an option to change our dates. They charged for the entire stay although a hurricane was about to hit. Selfish and money hungry. Just because it wasn’t a direct hit to this property who wants to be without power, flood, and no communication in other state without transportation. I’m very disappointed with how this was handle. Not good for business.
