Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
The check in process was horrid. We stood in line for over 30 minutes and were completely ignored. When they finally helped us, the lady who checked us in was rude and had no knowledge of the property, Universal or anything helpful in any way. The room was disgusting! Marriott's Grande Vista
Villa was perfect. Very clean and had all the necessities. My only comment would be to vary the foods more at the restaurants.
