There many things that lowered my rating.
- the rooms were dirty when we first checked in, we used the towels we had in the room wipe down the surface. We had to request new towels which they were quick to deliver.
- the toilet seat was broken, it moved around a lot but still usable
- the security safe was broken, we could not use it
- the microwave was not in the room but in a different building and floor. Although accessible indoors via skyscraper, very inconvenient
All of these were annoying but the following bother us the most.
- They had a policy that they only clean the room after the 3rd day and it had to be requested on the second day. We requested the second day for a cleaning and went to the Front Desk to double check our request went through on the morning of the third day because we were low on everything. . We were informed that we were not added and could not be added because the itinerary for the maids were set for the day. When we push for this, they mentioned they would check but it would be unlikely to add us. Like multiple other visitors, we had put our trash outside and use our own personal souvenir bags to store our remaining trash. The halls and trash in front of each room. The room was cleaned on the 4th and they replaced all the toiletries. However, the cleaning was subpar. The sheets were not changed because the same stains were still on the sheets.
- We need to hold our suitcases. They gave us the wrong luggage 3x, we had to in back.
