Really good value. Didn’t have any issues with noise from other guests although our floor had plenty of people staying on it, breakfast was good enough, the bathroom very spacious and the beds really comfortable. In fact, we moved here after a week at a Disney hotel and the room was nicer. The air on wasn’t too loud - and definitely not set as cold as our Disney room. Storage facilities were also offered so there was nothing we were lacking. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

For the price of the hotel, you cannot go wrong. Breakfast was OK but the cleanliness of the rooms was more important. Easy access to Disney and the free parking is a perk too. I would stay again. We stayed three nights.

Loved the fact that the property had 24 hour coffee. Some of the appliances in the bathroom were not in the best condition even though the room was clean. Loved the flooring and furniture. However, there was a live cockroach found in the room which they immediately took care of. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Breakfast was okay. Usually not the high end type of hotel we would normally stay, but the staff was excellent.

This hotel has a lot to offer. Initially, I was unsure how it earned such high ratings on Expedia, but after staying for two days, it became clear. The room was clean and comfortable—while not the most spacious, it's great value for the price. The breakfast selection is solid, though the dining area is a bit small. One standout feature is a helpful display board showing traffic patterns during the morning rush. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff go above and beyond with genuine warmth and hospitality—it’s not just for show. Their sincerity left a lasting impression. Hotels like this deserve our support, and I would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying here!!! Property is clean. Rooms were very clean. Front desk provided great service. Galleria Palms offered a complimentary breakfast with a wide selection, and an afternoon cookie. I felt quite content before heading to the Theme parks. They also offer services to Theme Parks but I used my rental car instead which was only an estimated 10-15 minutes from their location. Easy access to many stores, gift shops, a CVS, a McDs, even a Walmart, all within walking distance as well. The 192US strip has alot of restaurant options but my favorite location was Sunset Walk/Margaritaville blvd about 10 minutes drive. So yes, Galleria Palms, to me was a perfect location. I would of loved to try their pool but I did see others enjoying it. I promise to be back. It was the best experience I've had in a long time and I hope to bring my family with me the next time.

A great location if you planing to of to the Disney parks. Not too far, and it's convenient for family with kids since it has a small fridge and microwave. Breakfast was ok. but be there early if not, you won't find a table. Front desk staff wasn't that friendly. Parking is great. A lot of places to eat around the hotel.

It was OK. Not great but not terrible. No staff present at 5:30pm to check us in, we had to knock on the office door for someone to come out and assist. No hot/warm water in the AM to shower. Room could have been wiped down better. There were smears around bathroom sink and a few hairs throughout the room. Pillows were worn and lumpy, definitely need to be replaced. Price was good for a 1 day stay but I would not book it again.
