I rented a 9 bedroom house and when I got there none of the tv had connection . Around midnight one of bathroom inside the bedroom faucet broke cause the hot water to run nonstop. We had to move to another house around 3am because that problem couldn’t be fixed. The a/c second floor temperature was only at 75f making that floor hot at least for my standards.

This is my second time staying here and it still does not disappoint. The staff was great and accommodating. I arrived early in the morning and they refunded me the previous night stay without asking. The property was clean and as always comfortable. I will continue to stay here anytime I visit.

The unit needs a lot of updates. I had pest issues My hot tube services was delayed . The individual pool at each unit was great. The waterpark and amenities was great. Staff was friendly and eager to resolve all problems.

The Encore Resort has such a wonderful property to spend a nice family vacation. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and supplied with everything you may need. We enjoyed every bit of the pool and jacuzzi. I loved how we were supplied with a grill and so many essentials for the kitchen to be able to cook anything you’ll like. The beds were nice and comfy and each bedroom was equipped with its own bathroom which were spacious and clean. Our property included a movie room as well as a foosball table. The washer and dryer were very useful and I loved how the property had a nice size garage. The Encore Resort included water passes to their water park located on the property which was a plus for me and my family. My husband was able to enjoy the basketball court and it also included volleyball, an arcade room and food options on the property. The location was great and near many restaurants, shops and gas stations. I highly recommend booking a stay at this resort, you will not be disappointed.

It simply was a fantastic stay for five nights. Beds were extremely comfortable. Roomy enough for rnfive families. It felt like a yome. I am planning for next year this time.

The property resort is huge. We were on the east side and would have liked to be able to cross the main highway by walking to the water park. Everyone was helpful and kind. Our home had issues with the pool heat ( it was broken to a temp of 103F. ) and found it too uncomfortable to use. The Wi-Fi did not work properly and was not fixed before checkout. For the amount we paid, it was well worth the price. Would possibly rebook.
