The entire place was beautiful. The surroundings, the food, the staff, the views and the cocktails! The rooms were suburb too. Well worth a visit.

Lovely place

Excellent price/quality, very nice area, very kind staff, amazing restaurant

We were the only guests at the time, a family of 4 with 2 children aged 10 and 12. It's a working farm and there are many animals roaming around the property. Especially the pigs and piglets were great fun. The host prepared a great dinner and breakfast. This alone is worth the stay. It really is a very charming place and very quiet. We stayed here en-route from the airport in Rome to Umbria. At this time of the year it seemed well of the beaten track. It was easy to find with the helpful...

Relaxing holiday in the beautiful roman countryside. Well recommended.

Amazing hotel and location like other reviews mention “A Hidden unique Gem” Amazing value for money

Property was absolutely perfect and so so beautiful. It was a converted convent which my history loving boyfriend absolutely adored! Every little thing that you could need was thought of, there was so many quiet places to sit and read a book and we enjoyed walking around and exploring the local town and meeting the local cats! Marta was a wonderful host and even helped us to arrange a taxi the next morning to take us to the port for our cruise. Absolutely wonderful find and I’m so pleased we...

Lovely apartment, clean modern and good amenities. Across the road from the beach, could not be closer and a 10 min walk to the train station.

The photo is inaccurate. The host was amazing Even offered to wait for us arriving much later than check in period.

Beautiful and quiet hotel with great service. The design and layout of the hotel is impressive. Our room had a lovely balcony to also enjoy a coffee with some fresh air outside. Wonderful aroma as soon as you arrive in the lobby and throughout the hotel. A fantastic stay where we felt very welcome for the duration. Thank you

This is a beautiful and tranquil place. The views anre stunning. Owners were helpful kind and accommodating. We stayed overnight in a quadruple room before a cruise, which actually was two bedrooms in one room number, great with teenagers and good value. The only negative for us was that the accommodation is isolated and is only accessible by car, were we had traveled by train. However once we were at the property the owners offered us very reasonable transportation at low taxi type rates (40...

Loris and Ambra, are the most perfect hosts, welcoming us into their beautiful accommodation with such grace and care. Loris helped get our bags up some steps and into the elevator. The balcony room was immaculate with a very modern shower room. Air con and the prettiest balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast was lovely and we met some of the other guests at breakfast who were also on our cruise.Loris organised a car to take us to the port in the morning and waited with us till it...
