The overall experience was great. The gentleman who checked us in scolded us for using Expedia. I was quite annoyed by his badgering about it. I have used Expedia for years with very successful outcomes. Other than that we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel and rooms were.

Stayed for 5 nights to visit family. Staff was amazing and we loved having use of the gym and pool. The breakfast options were great as well. Loved the afternoon tea station. We also enjoyed all the restaurant options in Orillia. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the near future.

Awesome little family getaway! From the treasure chest for the kids at check in to a little late check out so we could swim longer we had a great time. Breakfast had tons of options coffee and tea anytime you wanted. Our room was very clean and nicely appointed. Pool was warm and fresh towels were always available. Lots of dining options close by. Loved our stay!!

Fairfield Orillia - Everthing you expect!!
My family was extremely satisfied with the Fairfield in Orillia. Friendly staff, clean accommodation, clean and well kept facilities and a wonderful breakfast selection. There were some check in issues but I can look past petty problems. We will definitely be staying here again our next trip up to Orillia

This is an excellent hotel! Notably, the customer service of the staff is the best I have experienced in a long time. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast options were awesome - something foŕ everyone. I hope the standard remains topnotch.

Stayed here to celebrate our little ones 2nd birthday and our expectations were exceeded! We loved the pool and spacious room. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The Guest Services Manager, Matthew, was so kind and helpful! He truly went above and beyond! A very clean and modern hotel. Highly recommend!

Excellent value for money
Same as other reviews- can’t fault anything really. Helpful friendly staff, rooms comfortable and spotless, breakfast very good. Very good value for money. One small quibble would be the plastic cutlery- useless for cutting food/eating properly and not helpful for the environment- but we accept this is common practice.
