Teresa, Pablo and Esti can’t be more gracious, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their region including restaurant recommendations, booking our return trip to Bilbao on the bus and providing information for the local train to Donostia (San Sebastian) and France for day trips. The hotel itself is conveniently located 3-5 minutes by foot to the “old center” and the golden sand beach. Can’t believe what a difference 3 friendly, welcoming hosts can transform one’s hotel experience in a new place. "
