Despite the fact that this was beyond our control, the Cordis Hotel refused our request for a refund for the remaining days, meaning we were out $1200. My poor mum was so upset. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again in future. I prefer properties where they care more about the well-being of guests versus money."

"Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "
