"The freezer stopped working while we were sleeping and drained out of the fridge onto the floor and soaked 3 of our bags and some of our clothes in the bag with stinky water. I asked the manager if he could wash our bags. He said he would give us soap but we would have to pay for the washer and dryer. ..."

"My room looked nothing like the images provided. However it was still clean and had a lot of features. My only complaint was really about the bathroom.
