amazing resort! wish the pool would have been open at the adults hotel but unfortunately it was closed.

Hotel Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive
The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were mostly friendly. The only suggestion would be to inform guests better about the entertainment at night. Maybe put a flier out for the week so guests can plan accordingly

The room was very cold. We had maintenance come up and look the thermostat. the controls did not work and we were freezing.
