"Felt like i was being stalked by the workers i had my door knocked on 3 times in 1 day all for a problem. I never had. I said a light bulb was out. The workers randomly go around, staring at rooms, writing things on a notepad, and they'll sit there for a few minutes looking."

"What an excellent resort! The staff were incredibly helpful and the shuttle service to Universal theme parks was elite! We checked out feeling like we should have booked a longer stay. Would want to come back again."

"Didn’t use the pool but saw others doing so. All doors are outside and it’s next to a very busy intersection, so traffic noise was an issue. Laundry facilities are decent and there is a good Mexican restaurant next door. Walgreens and IHOP are also walking distance"

"Awesome property, rooms are maintain beautifully. Neat & clean. Huge Tv, good view cool vibes nice surroundings. Not able to use the pool but feels like to jump in. Property is near to all Disney parks, they do have a guide help us to book the ticket for Disney & guide us through find nearby activities. Don’t need to mention about their breakfast. Delicious hungry man special service. We enjoy our stay at the hotel. It’s not what we see from outside. Property itself is very beautiful. I give 5*. Thank you for your hospitality.
