Unhappy Camper

The proper was really nice. The condo itself was nice and comfortable. However, I have a few complaints. Prior to booking, I asked if this property was on the shuttle bus line to the Hangout Festival. I was told it was. I purchased 9 shuttle passes at $50/each. After checking in, I learn this property is NOT on the shuttle route. Therefore, I had to rent an van at $300+ for two days. I lost that $450. Secondly, the clause on website stated my credit card would not be charged until 30 prior to check in. My card was charged the FULL PRICE a few weeks after booking. I called and was told even though it says that, there wasn't anything that could be done. Their resolution was that I had the option to cancel my reservations and still be charged 10% of the total. I was only offered a "sorry". There wasn't a remote to the TV in the living room, which was really a drag for a 3 day stay. (I added an extra night a few weeks before check-in.)
