"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "It was a refreshing experience to be able to stay at the Turtle Towers Apartments. Everything was made to be as attractive as possible in the apartment. "Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off "

"It had a rustic vibe to it, it does need a few updates like the a/c wasn't working well and the tiles and the bathroom could be a lil updated but the staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I ordered breakfast and the food was tasty and no corrections there. Nice ocean view and affordable but with the right upgrades, it would be a more enjoyable stay."

"I like the location as I enjoy being able to walk into town for an authentic experience. The pool area and the beach area is great, no seaweed and super soft sand. Lots of water sports available and I liked that you could take the snorkel boat right from the property. Great bathroom amenities in the room and comfy beds. We got lucky with quick check in and check out. The hydrotherapy area in the spa was very nice and relaxing but spa treatments were very overpriced, I was forgotten about in the relaxation room after my treatment for over an hour and when I got my eyebrows waxed she got dripped hot wax onto my hair and did not even attempt to get it out or apologize. The food was ok, nothing great. The jerk shack was good but the Japanese restaurant was super salty. Crepes, coffee and gelato were yummy but the cakes tasted plastic. The staff was nice and friendly. I HATED the constant sales pitch to buy into the Palace brand to get fake resort credits vs resort cash and what you could and not use the fake money for. AC seemed to stop working very well the night before we left, the loud bar was super hot and empty due to this reason. The DJ at the disco was horrible but the entertainment staff were always trying their best to get everyone involved. No non alcoholic options available . Resort does smell yummy."
