Internet was good speed. Rooms were small. No housekeeping, only towel change and garbage collection. Close to JR line.

Loved the whole experience here! The gardens were beautiful. The spa was fabulous and loved the proximity too- close to Tokyo Dome.

Outstanding breakfast. Get there early because they serve a limited number of tuna sushi dishes until they run out. If you want to step out of your hotel and be in the centre of the action, this isn’t the place. But it was very quiet, train station is steps away and only three stops to Tokyo Station. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, well kept, with a great assortment of dining. Excellent service from all staff. They are very attentive and you wont be waiting in the lobby for help, they'll ask what you need right away. There is a lovely tea lounge area on the second floor that I really enjoyed as well. There is also a convenient store, excellent breakfast & dinner buffet, laundry room, gym with a pool, and many other amenities. I felt very safe, especially with the police station directly next door. I think thats a plus. 711 is a 3 minute walk away, train station is maybe 5. Within a 5 minute walk is also many restaurants, shops, an arcade, and a mcdonalds. The wifi was fast in my room, and I really liked having a humidifier as well. They will even restock the water bottles in your rooms fridge & bathroom amenities daily. I also really loved the pajamas they provide and will be purchasing some to take home with me. Room service was great too! There are so many good things about this place. Highly reccomend
