"This hotel surprised us with a nice onsen experience, yummy food in their restaurant, comfortable room and washing machines and dryers. Room rates are very reasonable for the facilities provided. "

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"The entire hotel is shoe free, Hotel provides shoes locker and slipper for the entire stay. Nice onsen, great dinner very reasonable price."
