"Warmly welcomed by the lovely Lucia & her husband, her place is perfectly positioned in the central part of Oppido making it very walkable to all the interesting points in the awesome cultural town, the locals are all so hospitable, it was an extreme pleasure to visit my mum‘s hometown. "Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The only air conditioner was in the bedroom. The rest of the place was hot unless I blasted it in the bedroom. There was no internet. I complained every day, and every day they had a different excuse. They had a restaurant where I ate for dinner, but refused to serve me breakfast because I wasn't staying in the right rooms that were allowed to eat there. I couldn't even BUY a breakfast. I could only purchase some breads from the one small table. But the beach was nice."
