"This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. The location is unbeatable for exploring the east side of the Big Island. Being right in the center of town, we were within walking distance of local restaurants and stores. It also served as an ideal home base for our trips to Volcanoes National Park and Akaka Falls. Plus, the proximity to Hilo Airport made our travel logistics incredibly easy. If you're looking for a comfortable, spotless, and central spot to stay, this is it!"

"This is a beautiful, quiet property just above Hilo town. The view of Hilo from the property is AMAZING! Great value for the room we had for 5 days. The property is very relaxing and the sounds of the coqui frogs at night add to the feeling of relaxation and induction of sleep. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Hilo."
