"The hotel is bad . Burning wire smell after shower. .the light was off and on. We had to change our room but the new room was dirty and smelly. We had to check out immediately to a new hotel same night."

While there were a few minor issues during my stay, they more than made up for them with their positive attitude, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to address concerns and make things right. "The property wss vlean and bright and staff helpful. Although wsd good ,it was a lityle repetitive in yerms of menu. Slightly over priced with some dishes. WIFI needs to be consistent snd the Server providing it, nerds to havr a'back-up' ehen regular WIFI fails as this is the only meams of communication and link to other digital services."

"This hotel has been a childhood dream, and I have aspired to stay at this iconic establishment for many years. Ultimately, I fulfilled this aspiration, and it was truly a dream come true. The British motifs are prominently displayed, which is a positive aspect considering I have resided in the UK for over 35 years. I appreciated the ambiance; the security is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Although I did not dine during my stay, despite my reservation including a complimentary breakfast, what stood out most for me was the location, the security, and above all, the attentive staff, as well as the in-house pub that remains open until around 3am It is indeed a remarkable place, and I will certainly return. However, the rooms could benefit from some refurbishment."

"The lowest quality Radisson Hotel room I have seen in my entire life, which seriously damaged my faith in Radisson as a brand. The entrance still looks promising, the bar was quite nice but the room itself was like a bad joke. Even a hostel would be ashamed to offer such a room. When you book a 3 persons room, it also seems logical it would be for 3 people. But not here. After complaining, they will bring some kind of school mattress to put on the floor. Yes, not a joke. And then you discover that in the bathroom there is 1 towel for 3 people and does not even offer basic amenities like shower gel. This was a disgrace."
