Can’t comment on breakfast- did not partake. In general the room was clean but found a q-tip and wad of hair on floor. Staff were friendly and accommodating but housekeepers were very noisy. Parking area safe and well lit.

Clean, new looking place. Breakfast staff were great. If you're visiting Oneonta as were to see our favourite middle child this is a pretty good base.

Room smelled musty our entire day. The people in the room next to us were smoking in their room. The roof in the indoor pool room had lost several ceiling tiles, there was Clearwater damage, and there was a several pieces of insulation coming out.
