"When we arrived at our room and walked in the beds were all disheveled, bathroom a mess and room was a mess. Got switched to another room, smelt like stale smoke when we walked in. Beds were uncomfortable with one pillow. When I took a shower it was warm at best. And for the price we paid because ..."

"Clean row, however very basic with no bedside lamps, clock or water bottles. Bathroom amenities did not include hand lotion. In the past, when we have stayed at this hotel, there were more amenities within the room. Not sure what has happened."
