This was a great hotel. Everything about it was perfect for us. It's right across the road from the train station so wheeling heavy luggage to the hotel wasn't a problem. The tram stop is also close by for getting around the city. We bought a day ticket for the trams from the hotel reception. It was 600 yen per person. The staff were friendly and helpful.
