"We think this hotel is a real gem. Very close to the main railway station and also with a tram stop outside with trams connecting directly to the airport. The hotel is modern and rather chic. All the staff we had contact with were cheerful ,happy and helpful. The double room we had was clean and bright and was ideal for our one night stop over. A large modern TV, excellent air con and a comfy mattress. Toilet and shower were clean and functioned as expected. The morning breakfast was the perfect continental self service with lots of choice and well stocked. . The general ambience is smart and bright . We would not hesitate to use the hotel again on a visit to Bordeaux. The location is so convenient with the tram stop outside connecting easily to all parts of the city. A mention to of the ability to leave luggage with the hotel on your leaving day for collection later, very convenient. So for value for money, convenience and general comfort don't hesitate to book."

"Staff super helpful. I just wish they provided more towels. We had to ask every night for additional towels. I have been going to France for over 20 years and this is the first time I have noticed that some hotels are starting to provide less towels. We were two in a room and there weren't sufficient towels. When we did ask, staff kindly provided more but then the next morning when cleaning staff would change them, they wouldn't replace the amount they found so we would have to ask again, etc. And when I say ask for additional towels, we just wanted separate towels for body and face. Nothing crazy. Other than that, hotel was conveniently located in front of a tram that took you straight into the heart of the city, train station and airport. Could also walk to the main center within ten minutes so very conveniently located."

"The location is beautiful, it felt quite unreal but a peaceful and romantic location to get away from it all. We had a room overlooking vineyards, we had dinner and drinks on the terrace which was an amazing dining experience. The choice of wine and quality of food was excellent, service was friendly and professional and we felt well looked after. We also had breakfast at the hotel which offered a great selection of food, however it would be helpful to have a menu for the various choices of eggs that could be made specifically, however I do highly recommend ordering the omelette, probably one of the best omelette’s we have ever had, how could such a simple dish have so much flavour?! We used the pool and spa facilities which were clean, well maintained and being able to order drinks directly via a QR code was an advantage. Our whole experience was beyond our expectations, it is perfect t place for a romantic break, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider going back."
