The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. "The room had two big windows and a cute butterfly shaped bed. Big bathroom. Welcomed a board with a drink and friendly staff. The lounge and dining room was spacious and well decorated with comfortable furniture. Outside deck with comfy seating. The food was good and tea was served. The staff were very accommodating and friendly."

More concerning was the discovery of bed bugs in the bed The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, offering limited options and lacking in quality. It has no restaurant on site TV did not work WIFI was non existent The beech is a 15 minute walk The reception didn't look like one The rooms were stuffy and smelt of stale air The shower in one of the rooms did not work The road leading to the room was muddy following the monsoon with no amenities to keep your shoes clean. On the plus point: The staff were enthusiastic and helpful The rooms are big The bedsheets were clean The overall cleanliness was good. "
