will never stay there again.

only one towel for 2 people. stove was awful dirty. key to get the door was not working took about 10 minutes before it op0ned , water in the sink would hardly drain, bathroom floor was real dirty.around the edge of the flooring was all dirty, only one chair to sit on for 2 people,fridge was real warm the juice amd water was warm in the morning.

I checked in and look at room it was dirty sheets were stained light bulbs were missing the refrigerator was warm the out side window pane was broke and I tried to get my money back, they said no refunds. I paid for a room for 1 week and didn’t stay it was to dirty and in safe. Room 216

This was not a suite that we got when we arrived that we ordered, there were two giant refrigerators and two microwaves in the room. The bathroom cieling was falling apart. The head of my bed leaned downward. The air conditioning only blew on low and had to turn it all the way down to get it around 70 in the room. There were no other rooms anywhere else available or would not have stayed.

Close to Henry Dourly Zoo. Having a stove, refrigerator and microwave was nice, but NO silverware, dishes, glasses, detergent, towels, sponges etc. supplied for the kitchen area. Soap and towels are all you get in the bath, so bring your own hair dryer, shampoo.

Bad from the start

Office first told me I had no reservation. Then they found it, but would not take a credit card, only debit. Once we got to the room I figured out why. Two refirgerators, neither worked, and the freezer in one of them looked like something exploded inside. Food crumbs on the counters, trash on the floor. Generally dirty! Outside, trash all over the yard and the walkway and stairs had garbage that we had to step around. No place for a family at all!

Don't stay at the Imperial Motel in Bellevue NE

Horrible! Walked into a room that had dirty walls, floors, urine on toilet seat and dead bugs on the floor by the door. Refrigerator did not work and had to be exchanged on first day but 100's$ of food that we brought spoiled and had to be replaced. We took the first 2 hours to clean the place after driving 16 hours from OH. Place does not have kitchenware like the hotels.com description states. Sink was just big enough to wash a cup or bowl but not other dishes used for cooking. The price was right for a family of four on a week long stay but very disappointed. Daily cleaning was a joke; I think all they did was make the beds and take but not replace my towels.
