"Clean room, breakfast, great staff"

"Wish there was WiFi in room or at least a better area for people to access WiFi especially given how cold it was. Staff were telling us different things about where we could be to access the WiFi. Also, since there’s no cell service except Verizon, they should be more mindful of people reaching the front desk or staff for help. Hot water also ran out of shower after one person showered and the towels smelled funny. "

"I had a room with a lovely view of a little harbor. I specifically got a room with a balcony (neither the balcony door nor the window would open). The walls are paper thin, very noisy, including hearing loud jazz music coming from the lobby the entire night. Fortunately, I brought headphones and fell asleep after I put them on."

"I love staying here normally and I had high hopes for my first visit since the property was refreshed. The new paint, wallpaper, carpets, and color schemes is perfect, and my King water view room was everything I wanted. *EXCEPT* that when I checked in at 4:15 and asked for a ground floor because my currently-disabled mom wanted to visit (she lives in town) and this hotel doesn't have an elevator. I was told that would be no problem, but that rooms are not ready yet. I get it, that happens, and they would call me as soon as it's ready. I had some food in the lounge restaurant, and went back to the front desk at 5:15. Unfortunately, somehow there was no longer a ground floor room available. On a Tuesday, and the parking lot is mostly empty, so my mom didn't get to visit with me and enjoy a nice view. I'm probably going to stay there again as it's my fave hotel in my former hometown, but if I ever need anything not usual, I'm going to be double and triple checking, otherwise it's a nice place. "
