They sent an email to show the charge on my credit card the day later. - need to ask for refill on Tea bags and coffee everyday. - did not get the bottle of water that had been ask twice on phone service and one time at the desk. Finally I got the water after I went down to front desk again to ask again. That is not a Five stars hotel we experienced."

Le déjeuner était très bon et vaut vraiment la peine car les restaurants à Barcelone n’ouvre pas avant 8hrs le matin et il y en a peu d’ouvert.la seule petite chose qui nous a manqué est un petit frigo dans notre chambre et des débarbouillettes."
