A fantastic and spotlessly clean hotel. We stayed here for a week at the start of March. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best, which meant the rooftop bar and pool area was closed for the first couple of days. We stayed at the Episode Sana for 4 nights. We went to relax and whine down, so the location was a perfect spot for us. If you want to. We booked a week for our honeymoon and Masana Algarve exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The apartment provided all the amenities needed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. High quality accessories and linen. Accessible and quiet, well looked after and walking distance of sandy beach. Staff very friendly and professional with a very positive polite attitude. This is my second visit to The Navigator- Ocean Heights and the location is fabulous! Reception desk staff are very friendly, in fact all staff are and very polite. Been in an ocean view room twice, recently in a room that had a large balcony looking straight at the ocean which was truly amazing! Walking up to amazing views was special. Great pool area too. If I am going back to Albufeira for a third time I will definitely only stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone!

The hotel was exactly as it appeared in the advertising and didn't disappoint. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was beautifully appointed and clean.
