"Hotel is nice, room was clean, and staff was pleasant. Indoor pool still freezing cold 1 year later after last visit and no access to hot tub. Hot tub was still taped off as it was in March 2025. "

"The first room we got at check-in smelled like cigarettes and the microwave didn’t work. We spoke with the receptionist and she upgraded our room since there were no more rooms available only suites and apologized to us for this. She was such a sweetheart and joked with us. I would stay again. "

"Bugs all over my bathroom floor, crawling in through a hole in the floor….how this hotel doesn’t notice this happening before assigning a room I have no idea. Not happy "

"The room and lobby were clean, checking in was fine. When checking out a person was in front of me when they left the person said nothing to me, she was texting and I had to wait for her to finish before she said something. I would not have minded that she had to text but she should have acknowledged me. "

"THE 3 ROOMS I WAS OFFERED WERE DIRTY, NO SHOWER CURTAINS. BED WERE FILTHY AND DISGUSTING. THEY EVEN HAD COCKROACHES WHICH I TOOK PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I DROVE OVER 35 MINUTES TO GET SOME REST AND COULDNT. I HAD NO CHOICE TO FIND A EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE HOTEL ABOUT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AWAY.. "
